    1. Return of products

    The return of the products or the right of unilateral termination of the contract by the consumer is regulated by Government Ordinance no. 34 of June 12, 2014.

    According to art. 9 para. 1 of the Government Ordinance no. 34 of June 12, 2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you have the right to withdraw from contracts concluded at a distance without specifying the reasons, within 14 calendar days from the date of your entry or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, in physical possession of the products / of the last product.

    In order to exercise your right to cancel the purchase, you must inform us of your decision using an unequivocal statement sent by e-mail or using the return form.

    If you withdraw, we will refund any amount originally received from you. If the consumer has benefited from free transport, SC Nobil Hunting SRL will reimburse only the amounts equivalent to the ordered and shipped products.

    We will make this refund using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another refund method (Example: payment by PO – bank payment); In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such a refund.

    You can send the products or hand them directly to us at: Fosta Popicarie street no. 326 / A, Dobresti, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw.

    The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the expiration of the period of 14 calendar days that runs from the date on which you expressed your decision to cancel the purchase.

    The consumer is obliged to bear the direct cost of returning the products. The products received by the consumer directly defective and declared to the company within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the package can be returned at the expense of SC Nobil Hunting SRL, in case the customer cannot travel to the headquarters of our company.

    Products that have already arrived defective can be replaced within the stock available free of charge by SC Nobil Hunting SRL. If this is not possible and our company cannot remedy the manufacturing defect found, the amount initially paid by the consumer will be refunded.

    We would like to mention clearly that the above legal specifications generally refer to the renunciation of the purchase in case of unassembled products and considered uncompromising. If the foils have already been mounted on your product, the legal situation changes significantly. The foils already mounted are considered used and cannot be shipped to our company, according to the legislation in force.

    The manufacturing defects must be mentioned to the manufacturer as soon as possible and we, according to the law, will proceed to remedy the situation. If this is not possible, as mentioned above, we will reimburse the amount initially paid.

    In cases where the returned products are damaged or are shipped with missing accessories, show signs of wear (protective foils on the back of the products have been removed or the foils have already been mounted on the device), or have scratches, bumps, etc., we reserve the right to stop a certain amount of money from the value of the product (value with VAT), the amount that will be communicated after the evaluation of the damages brought.

    In case of non-compliance with the warranty conditions and automatically a non-compliance with Art. 14, Para. 3 of the O.U.G. 34/2014, the value of the product will be reduced in order to restore it to its condition from the moment of delivery. Also, you are only responsible for the diminution of the value of the products resulting from the handling, other than those necessary to determine the nature, qualities and operation of the products.

    1. Delivery time

    The deliveries of products are made only on the Romanian territory. For the products in stock: – The transport is carried out with DPD Curier with delivery terms communicated by the carriers between 24-72 hours on the Romanian territory or 1-7 days in the European countries – For the products that are delivered / created only to order, the terms and conditions of delivery will be displayed in the store, communicated by e-mail or telephone.
